Northern Insights, LLC herein testifies that it will not share the private or business information of clients for whom contractual services are rendered or to whom it sells its products except in cases wherein a judicially signed warrant is produced against such persons or business entities.  In the event of such a case, Northern Insights, LLC, will produce materials as specifically pertain to such a warrant with the promise as to not divulge more information than is specifically requested.

Furthermore, Northern Insights, LLC, herein certifies that it will not sell metadata, purchasing information, or the private details of its customers to third parties. In the event of a data breach Northern Insights, LLC will make its best efforts to inform those parities identified as to the nature of the breach and the information that may have been involuntarily disseminated due to said breach.

In case of soliciting services from Northern Insights, LLC, whereas Northern Insights, LLC, will take every effort to protect the confidentiality of its clients and any potential business activities of which Northern Insights, LLC is made aware, a business is not considered a client. This being said, topics discussed in consultation will not be divulged to third parties unless specifically ordered to do so by a judicially signed warrant.
