Agreement to Confidentiality

In purchasing Northern Insights, LLC products, the customer is granted license to view and keep for their own usage the information and findings contained within said products. Northern Insights, LLC does not waiver its intellectual property rights or copyright to these products and, as such, does not consent to the re-dissemination or publication of its products without the expressed written consent of Northern Insights, LLC.

Pursuant to these conditions, should a customer in possession of any Northern Insights, LLC for-pay product choose to violate these terms, said person or entity acknowledges they are knowingly violating the intellectual property and copyright rights of Northern Insights, LLC and, as such, waives all rights to mediation or arbitration should Northern Insights, LLC pursue legal remediation. They also knowingly acknowledge that they have incurred damages upon Northern Insights, LLC, and therefore accept financial responsibility for compensation to Northern Insights, LLC, in the amount of the full value assigned to the product(s) by Northern Insights, LLC, multiplied by the number of individuals allowed to view said product(s) not covered under the original purchasing agreement.

In the event of a purchase of Northern Insights, LLC, products by a business, non-government, or government entity, the grant of license is bestowed to that specific entity and does not pass to any partnerships or corporations in which said entity may be involved or subsidiaries in which the entity may have shares or apportioned ownership. Furthermore, should any Northern Insights, LLC, product be purchased by an individual on behalf of a business, non-government, or government entity (ie in return for some form of compensation), responsibility for compensation of damages done to Northern Insights, LLC, then knowingly passes to the entity on whose behalf this individual was acting as an agent and the same waivers of arbitration and mediation, as well as metric of compensation, attaches to said entity. These same terms apply in the event of a non-analogue intermediary (ie bots, macros, artificial intelligences, or any other systems designed to affect the outcome being discussed) as well as an analogue intermediary (ie person, machine, or other such physical entity).

Waiver of Warranty, Guarantee, or Liability

The information provided by Northern Insights, LLC, in its products or consultation services is based on publicly available databases, news articles, websites, formal publications, or testimonials from external sources with no data being originally sourced by Northern Insights, LLC. Whereas Northern Insights, LLC does its utmost to ensure that sources of the information utilized in its publications or sourced during its consultative services are vetted as being reliable and authoritative, it has no input as to how these sources collect or tabulate data and, therefore, bares no responsibility for errors or omissions in the original data collected from these sources as well as errors or oversights in analysis resulting from these errors or omissions.

Furthermore, Northern Insights, LLC provides its products to its audience for the purposes of education and entertainment. As such, Northern Insights, LLC takes no position as to the validity or likelihood of success of any decisions which may or may not be made based on the information contained within its products or produced in the course of its consultative services. Nor should any assessment provided by Northern Insights, LLC in its products or as part of its consultative services be seen as having any manner of warranty or guarantee of any particular outcome any person or entity might expect for any decisions made based on these assessments.
